Very responsive. Returned my phone call, and immediately sent an out a technician to provide estimate. I had called three companies. Jones Bros was the only one who provided a timely response.
i was afraid the leak was due to a roof leak. The gentleman who evaluated the problem, quickly determined it was just a faulty roof vent.
I was extremely pleased with the price and the professional manner of their technicians.

They provided me an estimate to which I agreed. They came back on the agreed date and time, and completed the job to my total satisfaction. I have used Jones Bros. before and find that their prices are a bit high, but I always get quality work that is on time and exactly at the price estimated.

They did very good quality work at a good price. The workers were very polite, and they did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were here when they said they would be, they worked all day and really cleaned up well. They had material put down to catch the roofing, then they picked up well and then took a blower to what was left. They were just as neat as could be, everyone one was so polite and I just think the world of them. They did what they said they would do and I think their price is about average for a new roof around here. They called before they came, they were very careful when I went out and they were working so I wouldn't step on nails or anything. They were just nice to deal with.

Though they are a bit expensive, I found them to be prompt, professional, and reliable. They fixed the job messed up by another company, and they gave me all my options and let me choose what I could afford. The overall experience was great.

I called, and was told that someone would come out to look at the problem and give an estimate, that it might take a day or so. Company called back and asked if a date was convienent and I said yes. The man came and told us what needed to be done. A time was set and the men came and fixed the roof!

My roof was destroyed when a tornado hit my house. They responded quickly, put the new roof on in one day, and cleaned up so well you would not know they had ever been there!! They even called to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the roof and the clean up.
