Already paid for the glass and labor, but asked for more extra labor for only doing the adhesive. Very ridiculous. Bad customer service and very rude.

Excellent transaction. We received an estimate, the order was placed and we were called to schedule the installation as soon as the glass came in; the surround was replaced the following week. It took 2 half days because the caulking needed to set up. The work area (inside and around the shower install) was left spotless. I rated the price as a "B" however, I didn't comparison shop so I really can't say where the price fell on the scale.

I called to schedule an appointment one week and they came and installed the windshield (at my home) the next. They were on time and very professional. They did an excellent job! (This is the 2nd time we've used this company. The first was for a shower enclosure and we were very happy with their service then as well.)
