My pool was installed around 15 March 2025 but the filter system did not work, specifically the pool cleaner line. Repair people told me on 3 occasions pool is fixed but pressure pool cleaner still didn't work Hughes loaned me a Polaris Alpha IQ+ to clean my pool. Per Hughes, I'm getting a huge upgrade that I should accept vs. fix the pool. This was almost a month after the pool was installed. I told Hughes I want what I paid for. Now I'm being told that Hughes has so many new pools to install they're not going to be able to fix my pool soon. They already have my money so they're not interested in resolving the problem.

It went great. I am very satisfied with my pool.

It was like pulling teeth to get a quote from these guys. After weeks of pursuing a quote, several blowoffs by the office staff, and a deceitful situation by their salesman, they did not want to do the work. If you do business with them, be careful and good luck!

I was very pleased with them. They were the best-priced and they were right on schedule with everything. The day they said they were going to start digging the pool, they started that day. The owner of the company was on-site for the pool dig. He goes to every house when they dig the pool and is on-site for that. I have recommended them to a lot of other people.
