Service was outstanding! Fast, professional, reasonably priced, and answered all my questions. His crew was all polite and excellent at their job. They came onsite early, surveyed, had the boss roll in and give me a quote, and were done in several hours after I gave them the thumbs up. Helped I had already researched material costs so I was comfortable with the quote. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Went well. He had all parts he needed and total job was completed within 30 minutes.
Work done was done expediently: and so far, so good. As of today, June 23, 2014, everything has held up well. No more dripping and tub stopper in guest bath is working well. However, I think $204.00 was a little too much for the work that was done and the time they were there. With that being said....I would use Hank's Plumbing Repair, LLC again.

The work went very well. The workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves.
After the initial work was done, we discovered that our upstairs toilet and our refrigerator's ice maker were not getting water. We called and the next morning they returned and fixed the problem.
I would recommend Hank and his crew without any reservation.

Hank was very professional and courteous. He didn't over charge and didn't attempt to up-sell unneeded upgrades. I really couldn't ask for more. Only reason I would use another plumber is if it's an emergency and Hank simply isn't available, and even then I might just turn the water off and wait.

Called late afternoon after discovering that my water heater was leaking. Hank came immediately upon finishing the call he was on and drained my heater. He picked up a replacement from his supplier at 6 a.m. the next day and had it installed by 8 a.m. The old heater and all installation debris was cleaned up and removed. Advised me of $200 rebate and helped complete the form before leaving. Good service and a great attitude.

He is really wonderful; he did a wonderful and very efficient job for me. I think his price was very competitive. He has a good relationship with his supplier and he passes on his good prices to me.
