The head graphic designer did my project... I think her name was Jae. In the beginning we did have aome communication slip ups, as she was squeezing me in front of another project (she did charge a $40 rush fee which was very reasonable considering the difficulty of the project). I had her to complete my SEO and make some graphics as well as run the marketing campaign on facebook for me. She charged me a special rate because i was referred by another customer. For a month she did my marketing to launch my business and then she trained my employee to take over (for an additional fee, of course). Everything went perfectly
