I couldn't be more pleased with the results! It really perked this house up. This was a project that was long overdue. The installers were professional and really knew their work. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. A special thanks to my salesperson, Chip Mullins, for his patient explanation of all options. The project came in well within my budgeted amount.

Gardner's was very professional from the first phone call to inquire about service to the completion of the job. I'm in a wheelchair & my husband is homebound on Hospice so we can't go out shopping. We called 4 companies & only two were willing to bring samples to my home. Gardner's showed up that day & left many sample boards with us for the weekend. The other said they couldn't come for several days & would not let my daughter pick up some samples to compare with the one we'd chosen  from Gardner's. Then they showed up a day late for appointment. I also explained to all 4 that one of the rooms had a hospital bed in it & Gardner's was the only one willing to take it apart & reassemble afterwards; others said we'd have to do that ourselves.
We got a good price & decided to go with Gardner's. They had to order the one we choose because of the quantity needed. It came
very quickly & installation was set up at our convenience. They showed up on time & it was amazing watching the pace that they worked at. They were very professional, courteous & friendly. They returned everything to it's original place. We've lived here 30 years & replaced carpet in various rooms, 5 times & this was the best ever.
It has been almost 4 months & the carpet still looks as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent price & workmanship.

In October 2009 it was strongly suggested to Gardner to sand blast my brick floors. I expressed to them my skepticism as to the ability and professionalism of the workmen Gardner had hired. They were from the same company I had hired five years earlier to refurbish the brick floors. This company gave be a ten day estimate to re-glaze the floors, took two and a half months, and then wanted to increase  the price because they alleged they had expended more time and material than their original estimate. As it turned out this company's workmanship and professionalism was as I predicted resulting in Gardner Flooring replacing them with another company to complete th e work.  On numerous occasions I was told by Gardner that the work could not be completed because of the lack of materials.  Upon further inquiry, I was told the materials were on order and would be available in a few days, as it turned out, the latter was not true.  Specifically, the vinyl for the closet on the second floor was installed in July 2010 after allegedly being on order since April 2010.  The corner pieces in the bath tub were installed in June 2010 after I had been told on repeated occasions (since March 2010) that the pieces were already at the house  and someone would be out to install the next week.  Then, I was told the pieces were on order and would be installed when they came in.   On another occassion a Gardner manager came to inspect the workers progress.  He left muddy boot print in my bath tub abd acted incredulous when I asked him to clean up the dirt.
