 + -1 moreContractor had several delays due to "other jobs" over a 3-week period. Both during and after the work was performed, the contractor stated they would return to top-dress the front yard with sand and repair/replace some defective sprinkler heads. In 2 phone calls after the installation of the irrigation system and sod, they assured us they would return to complete the remaining items "next week." One year and nine months later, they have not. In addition, the site preparation was extremely poor. Trenches and humps are throughout the lawn, which is on a red clay and rock base. This has resulted in scalping the lawn when mowed at an attractive height (i.e., 4 inches or less).
Description of Work: Installed irrigation system and new sod (front and back yards).
