David worked with us without fail for several months until we found our perfect home and land. He listened, advised, appraised, searched, kept in touch regularly, returned calls in a timely manner, and was knowledgeable in all areas. I would absolutely ask David to work with me again and I definitely would and will recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent realtor.

He was prompt and professional.

I trusted David from the start, and he did what I asked in a timely manner. I know that David was working for me. He is not pushy like many real estate agents.

We have purchased 7 homes in five states and this is the first time we have ever used an exclusive BUYER'S Agent, and I will never house hunt with a dual agent again! The difference between the two experiences was amazing. I never felt like David was working for anyone but us. He was patient with my many requirements and worked hard to find houses that fit those needs. I felt like I could ask his opinion and get an honest answer instead of a sales pitch. Once I had been approved for a home loan my buyer's agent started looking for homes in my price range. He found a number of homes for me to look at. He accompanied me to inspect the properties and identified advantages and disadvantages of each home, allowing me to make an informed decision. Once I found a property I liked, he did a market analysis to see what the other homes in the area were going for and walked me through the process of making an offer.


He was knowledgeable in real estate and especially the market in which he operates. He wasn't pushy. He was always willing to provide additional information and allowed me to make my own informed decision.

We were happy to find a buyer's agent in Montgomery when we were ready to start looking at homes, because we wanted someone who was solely interested in fulfilling our home buying needs. His knowledge and understanding of the market conditions, and the paperwork and process involved never waivered, and brought us to a successful close on the house even after the fact, he called a couple of times to see how our home renovation projects were coming.
