They have been doing a pretty good job at handling the rental. When things go wrong they have contractors that will fix things. For bigger repairs such as painting, it may be worth your time to get bids yourself.
The only downside to their service is that it is sometimes difficult to get your agent to call you back in a timely manner. However, I have been satisfied enough that I continue to employ them.
