Recently had there parts painted on my Toyota Tundra (hood, fender, and bumper). Although the cost to do this almost floored me, I decided not to shop around and relied on the first class service described in their ads. After getting my truck home, I noticed some cracking and other blemishes on the bumper as well as a dent in the hood. I took the truck back to Chico's and they said the parts were flawed and there was nothing they could do about it. Not true, they could have told me about the issues when I picked up the truck, did the painter not see it? They could have asked me if I wanted the blemishes fixed or told me they couldn't be fixed. Lifetime warranty backed by a myriad of excuses not to stand behind it and unwillingness to recognize an opportunity to make it right. Equally disappointing was Chico's attitude when I brought the truck back. Quality work?? Not so much!

He was very professional and he did a good job. He was very fair with his price. I will continue to use him unless he changes the type of service or customer service.
