Extremely well. Toni worked closely with us from the first point of contact when we entered the store through visiting our home and giving recommendations and supporting our decisions for materials and approaches to renovating our home. He was very responsive and returned calls immediately when we had questions. Although I know they have many customers I always felt like we were their only one. Toni always gave us undivided attention and was always on time for each appointment that we had. I highly recommend Carol's Carpets and Toni, especially - although everyone we met there was helpful and friendly. They were very professional, yet they made us feel like family.

They came and measured the room, showed us samples, and provided an estimate. The price was reasonable. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally and cleaned up everything before leaving. The new floor is beautiful.

We looked at several hardwood floor providers in the area and online. Carol's was the only place that did not try to sell us something completely out of our price range. Susan was very pleasant and professional. She came out to the house and measued and gave us a good deal. The installers were very professional and did a really good job. The floors are beautiful.

On Jan 23rd a saleswoman from Carol's Carpet came to our home to give us an estimate on laminate flooring. I indicated numerous times that we found their business through Angie's List. When we received the quote via telephone the next day it didn't include the 10% discount that is advertised via the Angie's List website (has now changed to 5%). The saleswoman informed us that she gave us the cash price and if we were going to use a coupon she would have to rework the quote. She also informed us that if we used a credit or debit card that the price would be higher. The written quote she forwarded via email had a higher quote price if we used the coupon. I informed her and the general manager that I spoke to that the coupon listed didn't indicate I should present the coupon first. The general manager informed me that purchasing flooring is like buying a car. The sticker price is negotiable. I was not aware of this when I invited Carol's Carpet into my home. I was expecting an honest price up front. I expected them to honor the 10% discount that was posted. The general manager informed me that they have lots of sales and coupons and it is hard to keep track of them. That is not my concern. They should be aware of their advertising and honor what is posted.

I feel that this is a very deceptive practice. My husband was very clear with the saleswoman on the phone when he asked if the price was the final price?.no hidden fees for carpet removal, the inclusion of tax, etc. She assured him that was the price. We feel other consumers should be aware of this deceptive practice.

The only thing that I disliked is that they didn't replace the pad even though they said they were going to. It was easy to schedule and what not, they're a very small carpet company. I would like to just make it clarified if we're going to get charged for a pad but they actually make sure they get a new pad.

Carol's Carpet we received a quote from them.  We are looking at some other venders.  They had some good products but the price was expensive.  They quoted us grand total 1850 worth of space and the carpet that we were choosing was this new stuff and it was around $6,000.  They were here about a month ago.  They have this new carpet it's supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread.  It's supposed to be stain resistent it's built in, the fibers themselves have the stuff in them.  It has a fancy price.  We are looking for some different venders to see if we can get a better price.  They are a very good company it's just that if you make a mistake and choose one of their premium brands you will be paying a hefty premium.

It was good. They have really good customer service. They try to find just the right match for your carpet needs. They are more than willing to give you options on the cost for several different types so you can pick out the one that you can afford. They let me use the board so I could make a decision. They gave me the samples and ordered samples for me if they didn't have them stocked, and then they loaded it in my truck when I went to pick it up. Allover it was a good experience. The staff was really knowledgeable and really client-oriented.

Went very well.  Installers showed up on time and did a quality job in a reasonable time.  Moved furniture w/ no damage to furniture or walls.  Even repaired a pre-existing floor problem at no charge.  We all missed a small closet that I found after they had left and the installer came back promptly the next day and finished it.  No issues with quality of install job.

They were very caring and took really good pride in their work.  We had a little thing with the floor in the kitchen that did not quite match and they came right out and redid the whole floor for us because it was a little off and it made the whole floor look crooked.  It was not a problem, they took care of it.

As far as the installation for the kitchen and the laundry room, with new Mannington Sobella vinyl with fiberglass backing and it’s supposed to be non-yellowing. I had a problem with it coming up in a couple of places, but I called them and they came back. They used and injector and injected the adhesive into it and just kept working it though. It was air kind and it stayed down ever since. I had 3 rooms and a hallway done with laminate flooring, which is what they call a floating floor, and it was excellent on installation. Of course, I didn’t have the financial wherewithal to have all the furniture moved out of my house for this to be done; so they were moving furniture around. I’ve got some nicks and door jams and some pieces of furniture, but they tell you that it’s something that can happen. If people listen and understand what they tell you, and I think it might even be on the contract that you sign, that there can be some bumps and bruises. I don’t mean that anything was broken or destroyed, but I have some little chunks of wood out of some door jams which had wood before all the furniture was moved. I think the quality of their work and their products and their price is excellent, but I would suggest that you be aware that if they are moving furniture, there can be some slight damages to furniture and doorways.

Three different crews showed up to remove and install carpeting and laminate flooring. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The only problem was when it was discovered that a part of the order was improperly manufactured. Someone came out to check where the defective carpet was installed. Later, the new carpet was ordered and the defective removed and the proper carpet installed. I would strongly recommend using Carol's Carpet.
