They are just incredible. It is awesome dealership. They are very prompt. They greet you immediately when you pull up. They work on your car and get it back to you as fast as they can. They are very friendly. Even when I am not there to buy a new car they always say "hi". Actually the salesman that we bought the vehicle from is no longer there; I guess he moved back home to Kentucky. When I would run errand for my family I would go in just to say "hi" and I always get a big hug from him. That is the first time that I felt a dealership and a salesman was not surreal. The last time I took my car to them I did not ask them to wash it. I was not feeling well because I've just gone through chemotherapy. but they delivered the vehicle to me and they had washed it at no charge. I thought that was so cool. Out of courtesy they just chose to wash it and delivered it to me all washed and clean.

The sales experience with Capital Hyundai was great and I enjoy my vehicle. However their service department is lacking in organization and attention to customer. When you make an appointment you should get in on time or be told immediately how long the wait will be.

I got this car free because my other one was a lemon. When their warranty says the car is going to last for a certain amount of years, they mean it. I will absolutely continue to use them.
