The process went pretty smoothly. We had to call the guy back to caulk the window.  Because they did not center the tiling on the window, we have a small section that got stressed with further settling of the house, and it cracked.  They did an especially good job of reinforcing the structure behind the backer board.  I would recommend their work.

They didn't complete the job as promised. They did some roofing a year ago, and did an excellent job. For this job, however, the staining was uneven in places. The wood used on the railing was very cheap. They are very nice people, but I wouldn't recommend them because the quality of work was very poor. The owner told me they don't do business like that, but then they never came back to fix the problem. I wouldn't use them for anything.

It was a hassle trying to get them to do the work.  They had themselves spread too thin.  The people that were here to do the work couldn’t focus on doing the work because they were too busy getting phone calls.  I don’t think they could remain focused.  When I would come home from work and look at the job they had done, I would find problems with the work and they would have to come back and fix it.  They did that without giving me any hassles, but I don’t feel in their line of work it should have been something I needed to police that closely.  It was a lot of policing on my part and them having to come back and do corrective action, which they always did until it got to the point where I was satisfied with the flooring.  Their price was comparable to everybody else.  They were very professional.
