It is always an excellent experience. I have bought a couple of cars from them. I went to a different sales rep every time and they were all good, professional and knowable. They had good pricing and I got what I wanted. I traded in a car for a new one and they had a good selection to choose from. They also have a good service department; any problems that I have they make sure to go over it with me and take care of it.

About a week after taking delivery of a brand new Chevy Equinox I had a flat tire caused by a sidewall puncture. There was no road hazard warranty on the tires, but I contacted Capitol Chevrolet to see if they could provide assistance. They were able to locate an exact match (same brand, model, size) to the existing tires. When I compared their price to a local shop that I deal with all the time I found they were actually cheaper. My regular shop told me that they must have been selling me the tire at cost to offer me the price they did.
So I had them do the work. When I picked up the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that they included a military discount (10%) on top of their original quote, reducing the price even further.
I am very pleased with the service provided and will consider using them again in the future.

Capitol Chevrolet Inc messed up my truck and I had to go somewhere else and spend $1000 to get a new engine. They would not accept any responsibility. They told me that if I needed a new engine I would have to pay them $7000, after I had already paid them $300 to fix whatever was wrong in the first place. Initially they were friendly, but there was no service and no responsibility for the workmanship.

I really like everybody at their shop. I would use them again in the future.
