Mr Basham and I started this project July ... measuring and coming up with a plan for my kitchen island. After designing and redesigning, I put a down payment on the project the 1st week in Aug. This project was to be done for my birthday (mid Sep). There were bumps in the road and the project was 2 weeks past the birthday but I love the work he's done. *He did not keep me abreast when there were changes in the plan- is my biggest complaint. This can cause trust problems. That's in his Customer Information; however, he did make concessions in his Customer Service. Job is completed.

Eddie and his son Nate are true professionals in every sense of the word. The custom cabinets are gorgeous and flawless. Eddie also made great recommendations that we would not of thought of. We even made some modifications in the design in the middle of the project and it was no problem at all. A complete renovation--new lighting--new cabinets--new pantry--new floors--new sink--new quartz counter tops--all complete on time and on budget--and I'm completely satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend this business. Eddie and his son do the work like it was their own home. They truly care and have a deep desire to please their customer. Please look no further if you need a kitchen contractor--Eddie Bashum's company is SUPERB!

The quality of work is outstanding. He exceeded my expectations. I have already contracted with him to do additional work.

He traveled 50 miles to do a very small job. He was very pleasant and actually did more than we expected, for the amount he charged. He removed the old counter top and installed the new one. He removed the double sink and reinstalled it in the new top. I expected to do that myself, but he just went ahead and did it. I highly recommend him.
