We couldn't be happier with the work done by B&B. We had our windows replaced throughout the house and had vinyl trim placed on all the doors, windows, soffits and fascia. There were several color finishes to choose from, and the quality is excellent. The crew showed up each day ready to work, and were polite and friendly. They replaced rotten sills and fascia before covering with vinyl. We had to wait about 8 weeks from the quote because of their schedule, but once the work began, it was completed within a week.

Arranged with Mr. Brian C*** to have windows installed as a present for our daughter in Prattville AL . Since we are living in Florida, I contacted Mr. C*** and he did correspond with me over the phone, texted or e-mailed me with all the necessary information. I knew right then , that this company was the right choice, even though  it was long distance and we never met.  I was given a date when to expect delivery and  according to my daughter and son-in law they coordinated a day for the installation.
Was told,  all was done to their satisfaction and that they are very pleased with the work this company has done and we all hope these energy efficient windows make a big difference in their heating bill from now on.

I bought my home as a foreclosure that I live in myself. Needless to say, there were several expensive projects to get my home up to par. My bay window was falling apart and the previous owner did lots of BAD PATCHING on it. These guys transformed my home. I was SO HAPPY with my results. Bobby and Chris took time to do the job RIGHT. My mom, dad and brother kept passing by to check the progress and they are speechless. They gave me a great price and wouldn't even take the "little extra" I was going to add. They showed up on time and took pride it their work. I'd recommend this company to ANYBODY who wants great work and courteous service.

They were on time for the estimate and on time for the job.  They had the best bid of 4 contractors.  My home looks so much better...I wish I had gotten it done sooner!!

This family owned business was a pleasure to deal with on my window replacements. Not only do they offer good prices, they provide great craftsmanship and quality products.

After a wait of 2 months for their schedule, B&B began the work on the date promised. There was some rotted wood that need to be replaced and some minor brickwork needing repair.

They worked full days, and took meticulous care with the look of the final product.

They cleaned up their refuse after each workday and completed the job on time and on budget.

B&B is an excellent company with the customer's satisfaction their primary concern.

I highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future on other projects I have planned for my house and out-buildings.

I contact B&B through Angie's List back in late August 2014.  They came out the same day I talked with them and gave me an estimate on replacing my old windows (originals were from 1970).  Mr. C*** measured and quoted me a price  for 15 new windows.  He stated that it would take a while for the windows he ordered to get here and it did take about 2 months for the windows to come in but I had no problem with that.  When the windows arrived, 20 Oct 14, he called and asked to set up an installation day/time that same week.  I told him that week would not be good for me and he accommodated by scheduling the next week.  He was there on the 30th of October arriving well ahead of the scheduled time and was through installing the windows by early afternoon (he said they'd be there at 0730 and he was there at 0700, but didn't get started until our agreed-upon time).  I can not say enough praises for Mr. C*** & B&B Vinyl.  They were expeditious, but thorough and rehung all the window coverings and cleaned up the outside when they finished.  The whole job probably only took about 19 hours. 
Professional, courteous, conscientious, honest, and every other good adjective I may have left out.  I would definitely recommend them.

Talked with Bob regarding price, special colors, etc.  No deposit required when I ordered.  Special color and eco windows.  Took a couple of extra weeks for delivery, but not a problem.  Bob kept us up to date.  Family operation.  When windows arrived, family descended upon us at the designated time, performer the work agreed and even did 2 or 3 small carpentry jobs to further enhance their work.  B & B does not take credit cards or offer credit terms, payment on completion.  This was not a problem as it was explained and agreed to upfront.

They did what they promised. A GREAT job and a GREAT price. They are the best Co I have  had the pleasure doing business with. I am in the process of getting plans for a carport addition approved by my HOA. They WILL get the job if approved. I wish they did inside work because they would still be here!!! FANTASTIC CO. TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!
