"I am absolutely amazed at how this customer looked me straight in the eye, when we were finished with the job and told me "the job looks great". He said, " it looks much better than I had even imagined it would look" The rock he referred to is called 8910 or some people call it Limestone Fines. This is standard material for a base, when installing Flagstone. When he came home from work and looked at it he was extremely happy. He told me that he was going to give us a great review on Angies List. I didn't ask him to, he just volunteered the information, so I told him thank you very much, I really appreciate you doing that. I am shocked that this customer would turn around and bad mouth our company. I took pictures of the job and I use them to sell more jobs. I have sold 2 more Flagstone jobs as a result of showing people his pictures. We used the same exact materials and both customers are very, very happy and are referring us to their friends and family. We get most of our work from referrals and didn't get where we are today by doing unprofessional work. We take a lot of pride in what we do and only use the absolute best materials the industry has to offer. We also use the very best equipment the industry has to offer. I thank God, a vast majority of our customers are extremely happy and give us many referrals."
"We did this job over a year ago in Oct. of 2014. I wonder why it took her so long to decide that she didn't like it. We only used the plants that we discussed before we started the job. We put the plant material list on the work order and the customer signed off on it. She even specified that she didn't want orange, so we didn't use that color. When we were completely finished with the patio, she decided the rocks were to far apart. I told her we apologize and told her we would come back out there and re-do the patio. We went back the next day and removed the entire patio and re-did it with the stones touching and as close as possible. I didn't even have to ask her if she likes it better now, she told me how much better it looks and she said that she was very happy now. I did ask her what kind of grade she would give us and she told me a "B", I was very disappointed that she said a "B" and asked her what we could do to get an "A". She had no answer. We always strive for perfection and only do professional work. We bend over backwards for our customers and do whatever it takes to make them happy. I would not have gone back if I didn't care. Some people are just so miserable, they want to try to make others miserable. You've heard the old saying, misery loves company."
Steve took a vision we had and made it better. He arrived on time and him and his worker worked very hard to completed the patio in 2 days, which was his estimate of the time it would take to complete the patio. To says that we were pleased would be a understatement. He was very reasonable with his fee, in fact I thought I would have to pay much for this paver patio to be done.

"This was a job that we did over 2 years ago. The homeowner called us back out there over a year after we completed the job and asked us to do some more work for them. We went back out to do more landscaping and have not heard a word from them since. They never called to inform me of any problems or issues that they were having. We tell all of our customers that we are here for them if they have any questions or concerns and please don't hesitate to call us. We can't fix a problem if we don't know that it exists. We give all of our customers a one year warranty on materials and labor. We also get most of our business from referrals from very satisfied customers."
"When these people called they never informed me that they had already contracted some work with us previously. When they called to schedule a FREE estimate they should have introduced themselves on the phone and not try to act so sneaky about it. If it were me I would have said who I was and let the company know the situation. I never did set an appointment up with them and explained to them that I was extremely busy and would get out there as soon as I possibly could. I told them that I would call them before I came out to their home. I even volunteered to come out to their home on a Sunday to give them a FREE estimate. I told them that I was extremely busy and was working two 12 1/2 hour days back to back. I called them and apologized for not being able to get out there right away and left a message on their voice mail, I tried to schedule an appointment with them. They never would answer there phone and never would return my phone call after leaving them 3-4 messages. I finally gave up and quit calling them. If they would have told me who they were when they called I POSSIBLY would have broke away from the job I was working on and given them a FREE estimate. Some people you just can't please no matter what! Anyway, I hope you got your landscaping done and good luck with finding someone that isn't busy.... I thank the Lord that we are booked up for the next 6 weeks. I am telling all of our customers before they give us 50% down that we are very bust and will not be able to start their job for at least 6 weeks. "I spent 2 1/2 hours responding to the Perez review only to find out that Angie's list says they didn't receive it. This is a revised version. I received the Perez review on Mothers Day. I stopped what I was doing and my wife and I went to the Perez home to see if these allegations had any validity at all. When we arrived Mr. Perez was outside digging through his truck. I spoke to him and he wouldn't even look me in the eye. He just kept digging through his truck like he was looking for something. I took my phone out and started taking pictures of his front yard. To make a long story short his yard looked very very nice other than a few weeds that had sprung up. I made a recommendation on who he should use for weed control. I really don't understand why these people want to say fraudulent things about our company when we go above and beyond to please our customers and I told Mr. Perez that if he had any problems or issues to please call. Don't hesitate to call us. He NEVER called us one time with a complaint of any kind. When I received this review it had been almost 9 1/2 weeks since we did the job and we haven't heard a word from them until this review was posted. It's a shame that some people are so miserable that they want to try to make someone else's life miserable as well. I wish the Perez family the best of luck with their back yard, I hope it looks as good as their front yard does."

"This customer definently has a hidden agenda. We bent over backwards to do everthing we said we were going to do to please this customer. He asked for our professional opinion and suggestions on how to accomplish what he wanted, which was to block the neighbors from spying on him with their cameras. The shrubs I recommended and wrote on the contract, he didn't like. No big deal, I took them back and bought the Crept Mytles that he wanted. I explained to him that the leaves would fall off in the fall and the neighbors would be able to spy on him with their cameras all during the fall and winter months. He also told me exactly where he wanted them planted, not where I recommended that they be planted. Once again, he never took our professional opinion on anything. He is right, I did actually hang up on him. He was basically calling me a liar on the phone, telling me that we didn't bring crept myrtles. He had a "professional company" come to his house and told him that these are not crept myrtles. I knew absolutely positively that they were crept myrtles and I had the receipt and pictures to prove it. He told me I didn't know my plants. I heard enough and he wouldn't let me get a word in on the phone, so yes, I did hang up on him. He got the better business bureau involved. I have been in business for 22 years and NEVER had anyone file a complaint. Anyway, the BBB sent me a very nice letter saying " based on the information we have on our file, it's the Bureau's opinion that your company has done all it could to reach a satisfactory resolution " Case # 85041686 We have built our business treating people very fair and being very honest. Like I said earlier this customer has a hidden agenda. If you give All Seasons Landscaping a try, I promise you WILL be very pleased just like every single one of our other customers are. We get most of our business through referalls from very satisfied customers."
