Excellent quality and design

It went well. A+ came when they said they would and were responsive. There were a few gaps in between the fence A+ built and the neighbors' fences, which is not good because we have small dogs. When I pointed that out to the foreman, he immediately had the workers fix the problem. I do think the wooden gate should have been wider to allow for a riding mower. Our small riding mower barely fits and a part has to be removed in order to get it through the gate. But aside from that, we are satisfied.

Was able to handle all details via phone and email including contract. Started job when they said they would and replaced one section of fence to include double gate. Great work. Definitely would hire them again. Included temp fence for dogs until permanent one completed.

They showed up as promised and got to work right away. Two days later the fence was done and they cleaned up everything. They put all the extra dirt on the corner of my yard were rain damage dropped the level ground. Overall I am very pleased with their service. I was quoted by five different companies and this one is by far the best bang for your buck. I would recommend them to anyone.

Arrived as scheduled. Removed old fence and set new posts on afternoon. Returned and erected new fence following morning.

They tore down and removed the old fence and put up a new one to our specifications in two days. we chose them because of the



great reviews and the price was considerably less than the big box store.

Started with an estimator coming to the house and giving me a complete and thorough evaluation of the issues and preparing a timely quote for services. was able to get scheduled to start in about a week. Crew arrived and got right to work. Job took six days and i never once saw them taking a break. The quality of construction. was top notch. I was very impressed. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but the work that was performed far exceeded my expectations. I would reccomend them to anyone without reservation. Excellent work. Thank you.

Quickly, and without issue.

Staff was very friendly and professional, from the receptionist to the estimator. Work started within a week and on schedule. I was not present during the construction but the job was completed to satisfaction.

They did an excellent job in getting installed. I would highly recommend their services to others. They were very professional, punctual, and thorough. I would use them again.

They were very good and responded in a speedy fashion. They also came by quickly to make an adjustment after the work was finished.

The three man crew arrived on the job site punctually at the time and date agree upon with all the equipment and material that they would need for the first day of the job which entailed tearing down and removing all the old fence and removing any obstacles that might impare the job. Once that was done they dug the fence post holes with a power auger, placed the 4 x 4 posts in each hole and then poured sacrete in each hole mixing it with water as as they went. After all the posts were in the ground they came back and plumbed each one to insure the individual posts were straight and in line with the plumb line. After this was done they cleaned up the yard and driveway of any trash even going so far as to sweep the drive and then blow any remaining dirt away. When they left for the day the yard
was ready for the next day's work..

On the second day a two man crew arrived punctually, again with a truck load of 2X4s and all the fence planking. They immediately started nailing the framing to the posts and then started nailing the fence planking to the framing. This proceeded until late in the afternoon when they finished the job. At this point I want to say that this crew was hard working, professional and through. They were also very courteous and accomidating As they did on the first day they went around the yard and made sure it was clean and in order before leaving.. I would not hesitate to recommend A+ Quality Fence and Deck Inc to anyone who would like to know about that company. You may use me as a reference.

Another point. I got quotes from three companies and the price quoted by A+ was up to $869 less than it's nearest competitor for the same work.

The members of the install team were all polite and professional and they completed the work within 3 days. We held a Christmas party one day after the installation and we received a lot of compliments the appearance and quality of the fence from our friends and family, several of who are contractors.We did have two problems of note.

Nota Bene: I gave the company a B in most categories because of the following issues.

Problem 1: When they dug the trench, they severed one of our PVC sewer pipes that evacuate our washer machine, dishwasher and kitchen sink. They immediately procured some materials and fixed the problem.

Problem 2: We've only just found out that they also severed an electrical line that feeds the barn. I have a call into them and I expect they will stand up and fix this issue as well. If you don't see an update to this post, you can assume they did the right thing.

Based on their price and performance I would not hesitate to recommend A+ to anyone needing fence work.

They did an excellent job

After installing the fence, we found out why they were the cheapest estimate. They used very cheap materials. Within one month of the fence being installed, the latch on the fence gate came out completely because the boards they used were so thin and flimsy. We called them to complain and they said that would happen depending on the way we opened the gate and how often. REALLY!! Just a month after installation. My husband had to rig the gate to keep the latch from falling off. VERY unsatisified!

They installed a new gate. They were very professional and came out at the appointment time. They also finished the work in a phenomenal amount of time. They also gave me the parts and whatever they had for another job.

Excellent company. Arrived at the exact time for estimate. Gave written estimate on the spot and garunteesd pricing. Team showe up as scheduled. Started work and did an outstnding job. Cleaned yard along frnce up of febris they left. They knew hwat they are doing and seemed to enjoy doing it.
