They showed up and did the job in a timely manner. However, the next day I could see that the patio was not leveled and was not draining properly. I contacted the owner and he sent out workers to try and fix it twice. However, it's still not draining water properly, and after multiple commitments by the owner to fix the job, we still don't have a level patio. On top of that, they charged an extra $250 from the original quote once the work started due to increased materials costs, though I don't understand how materials costs can increase 14% within a weeks time.
