Work was done late in the summer. Started in August and finished in September. Work looked good and he came back to take care of all details as long as the balance was not paid. Sod began to die and said he would replace in the spring. Said all was guaranteed for 1 year. THIS MAN IS A CROOK, A THIEF AND A LIER. After 7 promises for a specific date, he did not show once.
