Walgreens - Mongomery

I had been taking my film there for a number of years. Recently, I had taken my godson fishing and took some pictures. When the lady at the counter took my camera, she told me there were 2 pictures left. So she snapped two pictures of me. The manger then took my camera to open it and take out the film and he took it behind the partition. When he brought my camera back to me he slammed it on the counter and said "Ma'am this camera is broken" I told him it had to have been him that broke it because we had just used it to snap pictures of me right before that. He told me a lie about breaking my camera. There has been no offer to rectify the situation. He also told me that they stopped developing film over a year ago, which also isn't true, because I've had film developed within the last year. Anyway, they still have my film and I keep calling customer service and they keep telling me someone will return my call and no one has. It's been almost a month and I am not happy with this customer service. I at least deserve a response and have them offer to help fix my situation.
