Easy to schedule with, very informative, and very helpful

Adam and his team did an outstanding job. The house itself presented some challenges that they overcame. They arrived on time, and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. We're very happy and I highly recommend Comfort Pros for any HVAC project.

Adam came out and found the issue with our heater causing a high power and making the house uncomfortable. Well definitely using Comfort Pros again!

Adam came out on a moments notice and had me up and running within a couple of hours. He had to go and locate the needed part, and was able to tell me about warranties of my unit, even though he was not the one who installed this unit. His service is VERY professional, prices are reasonable and he is now my go to guy for A/C repair and service.

The service man was on time, extremely professional, and could not have been nicer. The price we were given definitely beat out the competitors and for this level of customer service, I'd do it all again. It was so refreshing to not have to clean up any bits and pieces that were left behind and to not have to sit around all day waiting on them to come at some undisclosed time. First off, I am very cautious when dealing with contractors as my husband and I have had issues in the past. I am very pleased with how quickly Comfort Pros responded and how professional their service is. Their customer service is excellent. Everything was explained to my husband and I in detail and we are very happy with our new a/c unit. It's much more efficient than our previous and we are already saving on our power bill. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be back in the future.
