His system is hard wired. Everything in my house is hard wired, there is no wireless in anything, which takes a little longer, but in the long run I believe it's a better system. He personally installed everything in my house. I didn't have five or six unknown workers in and out of the house and I really, really liked that. I liked that he did the work himself and I didn't have a lot of different people in and out of the house, seeing everything that was in the house. He put the program in it and helped me set that all up. I get good response from them; if I call for some reason, they call me back. Their monitoring is a lot cheaper that other providers. I would recommend him to anyone
