+ -1 moreThey are not members of BBB for a reason! They do not stand behind what they sell. They are extremely ignorant in the product knowledge and do not stand behind their workmanship. Their customer service is non existent. And they took over $5,000 from me, damaged my home and Ben after products were returned they refused to give the deposit back. Do NOT use if you value quality workmanship and honesty!
Description of Work: Sold me flooring that went against warranty to install in areas they sold it to be installed in. They overcharged, misrepresented merchandise, did several thousands of dollars damage to my home, walked off of job and even after I returned all of the merchandise to the manufacturers they refused to give deposit back.
