I contacted Adam approximately one month earlier to ask for a quote. He was very professional, phoning several times when he was unable to come to my house due to vehicle problems. I told Adam that I was in no hurry, but within a week he had dropped a written estimate in my mailbox. When I called to schedule the pressure cleaning, he was at my doorstep within three days. He was very prompt and had already calculated the extra cost to include the driveway and a side walk, which was not included in the original estimate per my request. He also honored a 20% off coupon, without question, that I had received in a packet in the mail. I left for the day, and when I returned that evening I did a thorough inspection of the house. I live in a two-story Victorian style home, and the white vinyl siding shows mildew and dirt very well. I was thoroughly pleased with the excellent job.
