"The comments we received from your wife indicated how pleased she was with the quality of the work. We appreciate the business .Communicating through email seemed to work best for your schedule as well. Please accept our apologies . Again, we appreciate your business very much and apologize."

"We appreciate the opportunity to bid on your concrete slab. Are you certain that you were not bidding contractors against subcontractors? Contractors mark up subcontractors, which is how we make our money. Also, were the people you hired insured? Again, we appreciate the opportunity and would welcome the opportunity to perform work on your home in the future if it arises. We are a full service home and business remodeling contractor. Please refer to our website for more information about our business."
"I sent a message to 251-580-2377 on Monday . I was trying to reschedule due to the weather here on Monday. The rain had our crew delayed. I did not get a response. Please let us know if this was not the correct number."
"Thank you so much for your kind words. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again in the future."
"I do apologize for there being no call back. I had mentioned to my secretary that since someone I know, who lives in that area, was recently shot at by a passer by, I did not want to take a job in that area. The appointment was supposed to have been cancelled. Again, I do apologize for no call back. That was our fault."
"Thank you for your business. We appreciate it very much."
The contractor was very easy to work with. The porch is exactly what I wanted. It provides me a very comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors. It looks great and I love it.
"Thank you for your business. We enjoyed working with you as well . Enjoy your porch !"
"We apologize for not respondig the first time. We have been very busy. As far as the second incidence our son had to have surgery unexpectedly and we made sure another respectable contractor would contact you .Tierce Construction does not advertise and relies soley on referals and word of mouth. This method has worked for us for over eleven years. We love what we do and most importantly want our customers happy. Again, please accept our apologies!"
