Sleep Center was able to assist with replacement and the managers were very helpful and informative about the apgraded unit that we bought.  Delivery personnel were prompt and courteous when the bed was brought and set up.  Would do business with this location again when shopping for a new mattress.

They were great. Nate was great,he owns three Sleep Centers.  They removed my old mattresses. They did everything would expect them to do. No work for me, they loaded and unloaded.

They’re a good store.  They delivered it on time and the young men were very, very courteous folks.  They were on time and did no damage in bringing in the new mattress and taking out the old mattress.  It was a good experience overall and we would consider using them again if needed down the road.  Everyone we dealt with -- from the owner to the delivery guys -- were good folks.

When they came to deliver, the remote controls were wired and not wireless, as they said it would be wireless in the store. It turned out to be a bait and switch. When the delivery man brought in the bed, he took off the tag, which I noticed. I had him note on the invoice that he removed the tag, not me. You are not supposed to remove the tag and he deliberately did so. The warranty has been voided, the return has been voided and I am stuck with it because of this. I think that is very unprofessional. I was going to replace my son's bed with them as well but based on this experience, I will no longer be doing so, as they have lost any future business with me.

Very good, gave good service. Everything was just as I wanted when they delivered it. Prices but they were worth the value.

We decided to purchase a new king-size mattress for our daughter and son-in-law. I had wanted to use a mattress store we'd used before, but their building on University Blvd. was empty, so we looked elsewhere. We decided to try The Sleep Center on Airport Blvd. near the American Cafe. We were greeted by a friendly salesman, told him that we were looking for a firm mattress, no foam or excessive pillowtop, and that we were price conscious. He showed us several different possibilities, all of which were well priced brand names, and gave us the mattress-only and mattress/foundation prices. We never felt pressure, and realized that it made sense to get the set. After trying out several, we selected one...and he knocked $200 off the price! I don't know whether the fact that our daughter was pregnant and that she and her husband are poor grad students made him sympathetic, but we were delighted and grateful. I was very pleased - though not surprised - to discover that this was actually the same mattress store that I had dealt with before, but they had moved! He said that there would be free delivery...the next morning if convenient! The delivery truck arrived exactly on time, and they set up the new bed and hauled away the old one in very short order. It was a low-pressure, very pleasant experience from start to finish, resulting in a very happy pregnant lady and husband, who are now getting much better sleep than they have in a long time. I would heartily recommend The Sleep Center.
