On Saturday afternoon, the day before Mother's day, my son, daughter in law and I went to the Sprint store. We wanted new phones and we wanted to get on the Framily plan. We had a positive experience with the personnel at the store.
The young lady who waited on us took her time with us, and didn't complain that we came in very close to closing time. She was smiling and professional and very helpful.
The fine print regarding the Framily plan is my only complaint. TV and radio and other media really pushed the plan, and we thought we would be allowed to be rolled into a plan together, thereby saving money. We are all long time customers. Unfortunately there is a distinction between old and new customers-my feeling is that there should be perks for long time customers, but that's me! Framily is only for new customers, so it didn't really help us.
I love my new phone, but am unhappy with the plan, which seems to be costing more, overall. So my review is mixed...I loved the personnel at the store, who were so helpful, but the policies of Sprint are sneaky and misleading! :)
