I have been a customer for over 15 years with Springhill Toyota and the guy (Jeff) refused to give me a lift to my home, 3.4 miles away, while they did a diagnostic check on my vehicle. I am a female who has been over charged, lied to and taken advantage of by this company for years. I have gone back and forth with hem to the point where I give up -

I go to them because they're Toyota and I prefer dealerships because they're clean. They know everything about it. I get good service and I don't feel like I'm being gouged. They're a little expensive than other places but I'm willing to pay that for people who specialize in Toyotas. The people there are really nice. One of the service providers knows me when I pulled in the driveway. If I can't stay, they would take me to the mall. I had my car done 2 months ago and they made sure I had a rental car sitting there when I got there. They provide good and competent service. I haven't had a problem with anything that they have done. I had some lights come on in my car and i took it in and they have done some stuff and when the light came back on, he told me to bring it back without questions. I never made an appointment and I'm out of there in less than an hour and a half which I think is good. They're very professional.

They serviced both cars, replaced engine and cabin air filters, oil change, and even washed the cars in under 2 hours.

I took it in on and quot;Ladies Dayand quot; and got a free lunch while I waited. Everything they did took about an hour, so I really did not have to wait all that long after eating. The car was new in 2012, so I had two years worth of free oil changes. Nice!

Was greeted right away by a service rep who was very professional and efficient. It was ladies day so of course there was coffee, donuts, and a manicurist on site (a great touch). The service rep returned to show me the air filter and suggested that it should be replaced. Also suggested that I keep a check on my battery as it was getting weaker but still had a sufficient charge. The overall wait was reasonable and I was on my way.

This is the second car I've bought from them and I've always had good service from them. They have what is called a Ladies day and they have donuts and stuff in the morning, they bring in subs for lunchtime, and this is free for you to snack on when you are there. And everybody's been really super nice. They need better WiFi though.
