After several missed install appointments (with no calls or explanation), several unhelpful calls with their office, and removal of part of our monitoring service without explanation, we decided to cancel. Per their "contract", they did not reimburse our remaining account balance (for the full year's payment).

Everything went flawlessly. The Sand O technicians arrived on time on the scheduled day and were through in around six hours. They require attic access, and will have to install a metal box, roughly a foot square by 3 inches deep on an interior wall. All work was done neatly with minimal involvement required on my part. After the installation we discovered that there are some small amounts of shrubbery we will have to trim in order to maximize the cameras' fields of view. Once we do that Orin or his crew will come back to make final adjustments to the camera. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience, and highly recommend this company for alarm, surveillance, and door-to-house communications.

We continued this contract which the previous owner of our house had. They had to come out and turn everything back on and set it up for us. They were very friendly. I haven't had any problems with the alarm and it's only $15/month for peace of mind, plus you get a discount on your homeowners insurance.
