Fixed the problem in 30 minutes, I'd been trying for days.

Mr. Griffin scheduled our appt on very short notice and arrived promptly as scheduled just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He was efficient, professional and the price for his services was excellent. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I am very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went and I will use him again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Royal Rooter's bid on the work was very fair and it was accepted during the week of 22 May. Work began on April 30 and was completed on May 3. The work generally went smoothly with few difficulties or surprises and it was done on schedule. One minor change was negotiated and the work was completed without affecting the overall job. Mr. Griffin was always courteous, hard working, and professional. If I had to make one criticism, I would say that the job was better suited for more than one worker and the work would have gone faster with two. However, when we accepted his bid we understood that he would work alone and the schedule was set accordingly. I will definitely call Royal Rooter the next time I need plumbing work done.

Mr Griffin arrived in a timely manner. My house is old, and most of the plumbing is what was originally installed when the house was built over 50 years ago. He removed the old fixture and installed a new fixture that I had purchased. He examined the pipes under the sink and indicated that everything was sound. Mr. Griffin is very personable and took time to explain exactly what he had repaired/replaced. He said that if I had problems in the future, he would be glad to make a follow-up call. I was very pleased with his work, and I think the price was reasonable for the service performed.

It was a Sunday and we had a family coming to pickup our old dishwasher. We could not turn the valve off to disconnect the line. I frantically called Jeff and he said he would be over shortly. We showed up well within 30 minutes. Fixed the issue plus provided me some other advice on the plumbing. I will clearly call again if he is needed.

An exterminator servicing my aunt's house had stepped on an outside faucet breaking it off underground. It needed to be repaired before my aunt returned home from a lengthy stay in rehab. My husband contacted Jeff, who came the next morning and in spite of bad weather, got the job done in less than an hour.

I called and was told he could come out within the hour. He arrived 30 minutes later. He was able to quickly find the problem and fix it. Since I had an idea of what the problem was and had called around to compare, I found his price to be very reasonable.

The workers were wonderful. They were very helpful and they were really good to me. We had a much bigger problem and they helped us fix what they could with what we had. They were not the cheapest, but they were reasonable. It took them all day to come out and I had to call twice.

Jeff arrived within an hour of my call. He located 3 problems and quickly fixed them all. He had to leave to get a part but returned within an hour or so and had the job finished in a short time. I was very happy with the service.

I called at 3:30 on a Friday, expecting to set up an appointment for the next week and he said he could come in an hour. He called me a little over an hour later and said he was on his way. Showed up at 5 pm. Left by 5:30. I have no idea really if the price was fair or not but it's fixed so I'm happy.
