First of all, they did not do what I ask them to do, which was determine why my Jeep was over heating. It was obvious that they wanted my car off their lot as quickly as possible. Any professionalism they might have had was over ridden by their personal prejudice and bias that they had assumed about me from the stickers on my jeep. They sent me home with a leaking head gasket, cracked radiator, non functioning heater core, busted water pump and hoses that were torn and leaking. Several days later, this left me on the side of the road, stranded with bags of groceries no way home. After the unnecessary expense of cab faire and a tow, we have had to replace the entire cooling system in our Jeep... new radiator, water pump, heater core, hoses, and head gasket repair. Due to their close-mindedness, they missed out on a high dollar repair and left me stranded on the side of the road twice!! We are not finished yet and we are already a thousand dollars into this job.
