One lovely Sunday morning, my husband and were up and out to the early service (7:30 am) at St. Luke's in Mobile. Upon our arrival we were perplexed to hear splashing sounds in the offices. Was someone using REAL fish to stock the Loaves and Fish pantry? Did the staff get bored and install an indoor slip and slide?? NOOOO! The hot water heater had burst! We high-tailed it back home to change clothes, get the shop vac and head back to the church to try to get as much water up as we could - as FAST as we could. We knew this was not something we could handle on our own and we needed help! We worried about losing four rooms of carpet and even more worried about mold! I knew owner/operator Chris Lockett as a friend on Facebook and messaged him right away! When their vehicle pulled up - my blood pressure went DOWN. Chris and Hunter should have been wearing capes because they were our super heroes! Their extractors got every bit of the water left behind (aren't you shocked that our little shop vac didn't get it ALL???) and the dryers did a fantastic job! They stayed on the job and did everything necessary to save us from more damage. 
The carpet was saved! Let's face it, when you call PuroClean, you're not calling to talk about football or politics. You're calling because something has happened in your life that's too much for you to handle.We are blessed they were there for us. They are trustworthy, professional and they deliver the help you need! Love love love PuroClean of Mobile!
