Saw Port City Carpet Service on angie's list. Called to get an estimate
for carpet cleaning at a condo we have that is an investment property.
Ken answered right away and gave me a price based on the amount of rooms
and the fact that he had been to this condo complex before in w.
mobile. Before I could even make an appt., i gave his name to my
brother-in-law, who immediately made an appt with him. Ken cleaned the
house he was moving into (also an investment property of ours) which had
been rented for the previous 9 years and the carpets were horrible. My
brother- in-law was VERY pleased with the cleaning; altho the carpets
have been abused. I did not see them myself, but I trust his judgement.
Our condo carpeting came out great! Altho there was much wear and tear,
Ken did a great job in every room. I did not let him in; my real estate
lady did - But from what i understand, he was prompt and from what i
could see did a professional job. His prices are fantastic. Very
pleased. Would def use his services again! Very nice to talk to; is very
straight with you on what he can do and not do; according to condition
of the carpet. No one can be a miracle worker. He was true to his word
and, I think, did a wonderful job! No complaints at all. The "home build year" is an estimate. Have only owned the property for 5 years.

My tile came out like brand new. We were very impressed with the tile cleaning. There were a couple of spots that didn't come out in the carpet but for the most part he got almost all of the stains out. They did a good job and it was cheap. He got delayed. I would use them again.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Port City. When I first called Ken, the owner was in the middle of a job but he called me back quickly and arranged a convenient appointment with me. Ken arrived promptly and got right to work. Because our sectional couch was really stained and dirty (we have a large Cocker Spaniel who likes to hang his head over the arms and back of the couch, and often after licking his paws decides to lick the coach too!)it took Ken over two hours to get all the cushions cleaned to his satisfaction. He just kept working away on it until it was clean. Even though it took longer then expected Ken still charged us the price he had mentioned over the telephone. Ken takes his work seriously and wants to give you the best result possible. I have been recommending Port City to all my friends and look forward to using them again.

Ken was very nice and was about half of the other 2 quotes i recieved. i paid 115 for a 4 bedroom home with living and dining and family room. Did a great job. the other quites i got were 230 and 245. this was a rental house that was gross. He did great and was quick and great price. Will absolutly use again.

We had some spots, the guy really explained what he was doing and he came back, did an additional treatment on a couch and got the stains out. He seemed very professional. They were good. I would use their services again in the future.

port City Carpet Cleaning Service is the absolute best value for your money. Had a chance to meet and speak with Ken the owner and asked him if he could give me a quote on cleaning my carpet. He said sure, i will give you one right now. Roughly told him how many rooms and approximate square footage and he gave me a quote. The price was better than any I had recieved in the past from competitors so we set an appointment. Thought he may back out when he seen my 20 plus year old carpet but he went right to work and wow what a difference! An Absolute professional from start to finish. My carpets have never looked better. I have tried other carpet cleaning services in the past and been some what disappointed in the results. Port city is head and shoulders above the rest.
