Called Pop a Lock regarding installing two new locksets. John came to my house less than an hour later. I had the locks changed on the front and back doors. John did a good job and explained things. He knew what to do and worked quickly. Everything went very well.

We have Baldwin locks and a previous locksmith had welded parts together making the lock un-adjustable. Pop-A-Lock discovered the problem and ordered us a replacement. It took the manufacturer two months to send the replacement, but Pop-A-Lock kept us updated. I also want to mention that the technician was a great guy - very helpful.

I was pleased that he fixed the deadbolt. He said sometimes the mechanism inside gets screwy. He said that can be caused by ill-fitting key copies, which I had one or two. He checked all of my keys and advised me to throw a couple of them away because they were not good copies. He also cut me a couple more keys onsite that were better copies.

THE CAR KEYS WERE LOCKED IN THE TRUNK AT THE MALL CHRISTMAS SHOPPING.BUT WITHOUT ELECTRICITY FROM THE BATTERY THE TRUNK LOCK WOULD NOT OPEN. THE POP A LOCK MAN TRIED TO GAIN ACCESS BY REMOVING THE BACK SEAT. NO LUCK.HE STAYED WITH MY WIFE UNTIL TOW TRUCK ARRIVED TO TOW OUR JAGUAR TO THE HOUSE. MONDAY MORNING THE DEALER CUT ME ANOTHR KEY, JUST FOR THE DOORS AND TRUNK.

They came right away and they answered the phone which was a good sign. I called a couple of others before I called them and there was no answer from the others. I think the price was reasonable. They gave me a card and told me that if I had a predicament again and I showed them the card I would get a 5% discount.

Late in the evening I lock myself out of the car. A relative contacted Pop-A-Lock and gave them all the relative information. Pop-A-Lock called me back to confirm information. Within the time agreed Duane arrived. He gave me the necessary forms to complete then quickly jimmied the rear passenger.
The quality of the work was excellent. I checked the door afterwards. The power window and door lock were in working order, and the door opened and closed as always. The next morning I checked visually (since it was dark out when service was performed) and their was no damage.
Duane was very responsive to my needs. I asked a number of questions for which he gave detailed answers to. For instance, why did he choose to jimmy the passenger rear door?
I gave Duane a "B" for professional because I was a little uneasy when he pulled up in what appeared to be a unmarked car. Later when he stopped in my driveway I could see the company's insignia on the car. I would have preferred that he inform me what type of car he would be in.
