I did not give them an A overall because of a feeling I have. They did what they were supposed to do. My previous guy went over and above so I am kind of comparing them. My previous guy was really, really good. Phil is good, but the other guy would always go in the yard and spray ant hills for me and not charge me extra for that. It really is nothing against Phil, so I guess I will give him an A for quality. I just miss the other guy.
