The water heater replacement went smoothly.  The plumbers who performed the service were respectful and courteous. They answered all of my questions. James showed me the details of the control panel, told me how the relief valve works and showed me how to shut the water valve in the event of an emergency. Tony honored a labor discount from their website and his estimate was on target. Thanks for a job well done.

I called 4 other plumbing companies for emergency repair a little before 9:00 am on a Tuesday. None could send anyone that day, even though two said they provide emergency repair services. Persons Service Company told me they'd juggle some other calls and get someone out that morning, and they did. They had to cut into the wall in the bathroom to access the broken pipe, and replace the pipe as well as the exterior faucet, which had broken off. They did the work in a little under two hours, cleaned up behind themselves, and closed the hole in the wall as well as they could, but well enough to keep our nosy cats out of the wall. They were professional and communicated with me the entire time so I knew what they were doing and why. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Persons was really nice and worked very quickly.  They made sure that everything was up to code, and then the gas company came out to check it afterward.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of plumbing/pipe work!
