For scope of work I found estimate too high so wrote back to her that I would not be able to afford her estimate. She wrote back to thank me. I found her to be very nice, professional, and fact that she came to look the house over and the exact scope of the job impressed me tremendously. I am sorry I could not use her services.

She's not perfectly punctual because she's a little bit far from where we are staying. So sometimes, she has to change the date. But with regards to her work, she does things excellently.
