I am so happy with this experience! His communication skills are outstanding. I knew what to expect, and how I could support his work. Team work makes the dream work! I remember my mother almost burning a house down in an attempt to rid it of German Cockroaches! I was so upset after being infested from one of the kids bringing home laundry to do during a visit. I am so relieved and happy with every aspect of service by Panther. We have a plan set in motion! He is now taking over my termite needs as well! He already feels like family after his services today. I really can't say enough! He didn't even want a tip. (He got it anyhow)

Customer service is top notch, Josh treated us like family and I would rate his knowledge as expert. The last company we used didn't seem to care about anything other than invoicing the customer and getting to the next job like they were always in a hurry.
