NEW BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION

They took over two weeks to lay tile on the walls and floor of a 20 SF bathroom! He never came on time in the mornings and often did not show up until after 2 p.m. There is not one straight line in the wall tile; in fact, some of the tiles are sticking out close to a half inch from the others. The grout he used is already eroding away. There is a bulging spot on the side of the tub wall by the bathroom door. He used two different colored tiles with two different textures on the floor. Sections of the floor are uneven. We asked him to replace it and he sent a guy over with a third color and texture to use. He agreed to hire someone else to lay a new floor, then he did not follow through. We asked him to refund $850 so we could hire a new person to fix the wall and replace the tile on the floor. He said he would call my mom back the next morning and he never did. I am going to take him to small claims on her behalf because her health will not allow her to go herself.
