Mortgage Companies
We actually processed 2 mortgage loans with them, the first one was not consumated because of issues with the house, the second one we closed on last month. They were very thorough with the paperwork and did a great job of explaining our mortgage options. They were very punctual in their email and phone communication and we only had to visit the office once in person which is good as it was 40 miles away. I actually felt like I understood all the paperwork this time unlike previous experiences I have had with mortgage processing.
