On Feb 14, 2012 Mobile Marble replaced a 31 year bath tub they orginally installed.  The work crew showed up without a phone call.  Played around making alot of noise in the neighborhood and did not go to work for about an hour after arriving.
They removed the old bath tub, the plumber had to move the pumbing, there was a hole abount 2 foot square and 8-10 inches deep.  They were going to install the tub over the hole with would leave the front quarter of the tub over the hole.   I said "What about the hole"?  The plumber said he was going to put tar over the dirt for insect prevention and that the hole was ok. < I took photo's>.  I made a phone call to the office.
He contacted the crew, they bought some type of filler.  They closed me out of the bathroom.  I made another call to the office and ask for someone to supervise this crew.  He said "No" he was the only one there.  A filler of some sort was poured after a hour the surface area had sunk lower.  They installed the tub, place to top on it and I could not open my closet door.  They said Nothing.  I made another phone call this time to my husband and he called.  Finally "M" showed up and tried to tell me that it is ok for a tub to set ontop of a hole.  I said "No Way", do the job right. He was very condescending kept saying "What ever will make you happy".  He left, I walked into the bathroom and found one guy using a circular saw up my wall removing the baseboard.
I told him the removing the board will be easier.  Finally the tub was installed and the guys were ready to leave and demanded payment.  I paid they left.  I don't know if everything works because it has to cure for 24 hours before being used.  I went back into the room and found in 2 different places the circular saw cuts completely through the baseboad, wallpaper and wall, in two walls.
Now I have to pay for someone to replace the red oak molding and try to repair the wall and wallpaper.  I have photos and I am not happy.
