Merry Maids of Mobile

Excellent work. On time and very professional.

The employees are personable, flexible, and willing.  I contacted MM through Angie's List to help clean my home as I have been unable to do so due to rotator cuff surgeries.  I've been present all but one of their visits since September, 2014 and am beyond satisfied with their performance.
      It is my intention to continue working with Merry Maids indefinitely!

We paid for every other week service. The house was never clean when they left, they rarely even vacuumed. Nothing was dusted. Then they just stopped coming. We had to pay a significant amount of money to get out of our contract.

They did a lousy job, did not bring a vacuum, and did not clean under beds.

On occasion the job done was adequate but only when they did a supposed deep cleaning. Dusting was poor. Their vacuuming always left bits and pieces on the floor which could be easily seen. They don't do dishes. They showed up an hour late and laughed about it. Their supervisor made inappropriate jokes while I was just a room away. From my experience, most of the people that cleaned the house acted unprofessional and disrespectful. Scoffing, complaining, laughing, joke telling, profanity, and being late were the norm for the Merry Maids.

After explaining in detail all of the problems I have had with them the owner offered me a free cleaning which I refused. I was charged a cancellation fee to terminate the 12 month contract. What a mistake it was to believe this was a professional cleaning service who hired people who care about the work they perform. I have never been treated so poorly inside my own home. The only positive thing I can say is that they didn't break or steal anything, at least that I am aware. I will never use this company again.

In all honesty, after this experience I doubt I will ever trust another cleaning service in my home.

Pretty good, the house gets kinda clean but a lot of details seem to get missed.
