+ -1 moreAn appointment was made for someone to come and give an estimate for a metal roof repair. He did not show up at the scheduled time nor did he call. I attempted to contact the local office and got an answering machine. Received a callback in about an hour. Was told that the “estimator” had called in sick to the main office that morning and the local office had just now been informed. Was promised that someone would call to reschedule the appointment within a day or two. Never heard another word. Inexcusable and unprofessional......
