Overall, it went well. I contacted Melissa at Magnolia Mortgage and she was very nice and very professional. She was enthusiastic about the process of starting a loan. She was also very informative and answered any questions I had concerning the loan and the process. She worked with me to find the best rate and asked as many questions of me as possible without being prying. Melissa worked hard to make sure the process of starting and completing a home mortgage loan was the easiest I deal with.
