LOWE'S

It is about two miles from my house.  Their customer service is lacking.  They will help me most of the times if I find somebody, but I can't find somebody all the time.  Their price and quality of the products are good.

We were very pleased with our dealings with both the in-store personnel and the delivery/installation personnel. Both were professional and able to answer all our questions. When we had some difficulty with the ice maker a few weeks later the repair service was easy to obtain and the local appliance service provider, Scott's Appliance Service, was prompt, professional and stayed in touch with us while the needed parts were on order. Due to a repetitive issue with the ice maker which required repair work and replacment parts we eventually dealt with the store manager who was prompt in returning calls even though she knew we were disgruntled customers and would not be easy to deal with. She gets an A+ for her efforts and desire to make sure we were satisfied with Lowe's and our purchase. We could not ask for a better experience when it comes to handling issues with a purchase. While we might purchase a different brand of refrigerator next time, we will definitely work with Lowe's and Scott's Appliance Service again. We've shopped at Lowe's for the last ten years; their customer service has improved over the last two years and is now some of the best we experience in a retail store. Scott's Appliance was professional, on time, called us each time when the part came in and called us when the repair man was on his way..

I don't have any complaints. The only thing is it's might be hard to find someone in the store that knows what they are doing. There are some people in the store who do have experience and know what they are talking about. Most of the time I'm just buying stuff. They did help me with some information on click and lock floor tiles as well.

They are close to where I live. They are always friendly and helpful. The have a good variety of things. If you have a big project they are very helpful with that. If you have lumber they will help you to your car.
