They were worse. We weren't happy with them just because they were poorly organized, not very helpful. I wouldn't use them in the future.

I have done many transactions with Lowe's since I have moved, from buying appliances to having blinds installed. They have always been courteous, professional and timely in the task they had to do. I will continue to do business with Lowe's in the future.

'We selected the carpet from Lowe's and agreed upon the price for the carpet installation. They ordered the carpet and upon arrival it was installed beautifully by the Lowe's people. Unfortunately there was a problem with the carpet. Lowes worked diligently with us and the manufacturer to replace the carpet. The charges we incurred for the replacement were for the installation only which we considered to be reasonable. Lowes couldn't have worked with us any better than they did. We would have no hesitation to purchase carpeting from Lowe's again.

I think that Lowes has beautiful carpet at a great value and works with great contract installers. I would suggest being very assertive about when you want the work done and check regularly to be sure it happens that way.

Everything went well. They did an excellent job. They always call back after job is complete to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It is always done perfectly and they are always friendly.

There is a guy named David that is terrific. I could not have been happier and I have recommended Lowe's to several friends. The guys that installed it where great, they were very meticulous, they moved all of the furniture, and nothing was out of place or broken.

Shanna Metv from Lowe's was very helpful. Mike Donham, the installer, did an excellent job.

They did a good job and the guy was very friendly. He was on time and made sure to answer all of our questions. I was impressed with the work.
