Mr. Fidler promptly returned my call on Saturday, apologized because he was too busy to come on Sunday (which I never expected, anyway), and showed up on Monday morning at 6 am, just as he said he would. He replaced my spring, brackets and all, in about one hour, and I was able to go to work afterwards without missing any time there. He definitely knows what he is doing, and I don't plan to call anyone else if I ever need garage door service again. Oh yeah, his price was extremely fair. Money well spent.
