LAWNCARE SPECIALIST LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION

We have known Brad from work at our prior home and felt comfortable with using him for this project. He has a great eye for making a yard beautiful and put together. The project took about 2 weeks from start to finish and included upgrades to the irrigation system. The work was great and we get tons of compliments from the neighbors. The only two issues we had with the whole project were that all of the bushes, etc. That were pulled were not hauled off, but left on the curb for the city trash pickup. When the trash guys came they came to the door and explained that they would not take the pile of stuff unless we came up with $300 cash. We had to get it removed in order to lay sod that afternoon so we were stuck getting blackmailed by the city. The second issue is that the work was much more expensive than what had originally been discussed. I did not ask for a written estimate, so it is probably my fault. Nonetheless, it looks great and we are happy with the work.
