Description of Work: Nothing they said was true. Poor, very poor delivery time. Rude. Would not return calls. Will never use Spanish Fort, AL store again.

Description of Work: When I first went to the store, I tried many recliners before I found a comfortable one. Unfortunately, that one was a standard model, and I needed a wall-hugger version. I ordered a wall-hugger version and found it to be uncomfortable from the first day that I had it. I made the sales people aware of this, but the only response I got was that it would eventually get comfortable. I thought about trying to return the recliner, but found out that Laz-Y-Boy company charges a 30% restocking fee to the purchaser IF they decide to accept the item back. I still have the recliner and it still is not as comfortable as the recliner that I sat in at the store.
